Online Payroll Documents (OPD) Online Payroll Documents (OPD) is part of the HRevolution Portal accessed through the same log-on as Ceridian Online Reporting. Online Payroll Documents enable a payroll customer to deliver things like payslips and P60’s to their employees over the Internet. There is an interactive element to the system, where helpful descriptions of payslip items can be viewed by hovering the cursor over them. Pay history will also be available from the beginning of the tax year and navigation between current and archived pay slips has never been easier. The system also has self-registration, where employees answer a range of security questions to sign-up for the service or to reset forgotten passwords. If a delegates should need to be excused, this must be discussed directly with the trainer, who will make a judgement as to whether to excuse the delegate • The trainer reserves the right to remove a delegate from the course if they are disruptive • Delegates should not use laptops or mobile phones without prior consent of the trainer. If a delegate uses their laptop or mobile phone during the training session without prior consent, the trainer reserves the right to remove the delegate from the training session • The trainer will be available at the end of the session to assist with any questions delegates may have • The delegate will have the opportunity to fill out an appraisal form at the end of the session 32
