SET UP GUIDE Please read each step carefully. Refer to top attachment instructions in owner's manual first.
SETTING UP
1 Place your Sportcraft canopy frame in the center of area to be shaded.
With partner on opposite side, grasp outer legs, lift off the ground and
step backwards, stopping at full arms length.
2 Grab the bottom of the middle frame section where it forms a "V". Lift
frame slightly and walk backwards until frame is
fully extended to 2nd position. Take care to
avoid pinching fingers.
3 Place the canopy over the top of the frame,
aligning the top corner seam with the corners of
the frame. Use the Velcro strips to secure each
corner of the cover to frame under plastic caps
of steel frame.

4 At each of the corners, hold the leg of frame with one hand and lift slider at the top corner until it locks into
position.
5 With a partner, lift the two adjacent outer legs up and slide out inner leg until snap button locks. Repeat on the
opposite legs, making sure to do two legs at a time on the same side.
IMPORTANT
12' x 12' FULL SHADE INSTANT CANOPY
· Always stake and weigh down your Sportcraft canopy. Do not use in potentially windy or rainy weather. Wind and
rain can damage your canopy and may also result in injury to you or others. Therefore, do not rely on canopy for
protection in heavy or prolonged rain storm.
· The Sportcraft canopy is designed as a temporary sun canopy. Do not leave up for extended periods.
· Use caution when handing the Sportcraft canopy. Avoid pinching hands or fingers as frame opens or closes.
· Do not use canopy in lightning storm.
· Do not leave your Sportcraft canopy product unattended.

TAKING DOWN
1 With a partner, lift two adjacent outer legs up, press in retaining
button and slide in inner legs, Repeat on the opposite legs, make
sure to do two legs at a time on same side.
2 At each corner, hold the leg of frame with one hand and push the
retaining button to release slider and move slider downward.
When canopy frame is about half way down, remove canopy from
frame.
3 With a partner grab top of "V" shaped middle frame section, lift
slightly and slowly walk towards partner as frame folds in. Keep
walking until frame is about halfway closed. Take care to aviod
pinching your hands or fingers.
4 With canopy frame collapsed and standing, unzip the wheeled
bag and slide down slowly over frame until entire frame is in. Turn
the frame and bag over and insert rolled up canopy and zipper
shut.
