On arrival day your second home is ready from 3pm. You
get your magnetic hotel key card at the reception with
which you have access to your hotel room as well as to
the night entrance, indoor swimming pool and sports
hall. On your day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.
After the receipt of your deposit of Euro 110,- per person
(preferably paid with credit card) you get a booking confirmation and your reservation turns binding. If you depart earlier or arrive later we charge 90 % of the booked
arrangement.
Surcharges per day: Surcharge for single occupancy (extra charge per day and room) + 50 %
Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend to take
out a travel cancellation insurance.
Pets are only allowed in the Landhaus. The surcharge
amounts to Euro 25,- per day. Pets are not allowed in hotel areas such as restaurant, lawn for sunbathing, terrace
and wellness area.
Austrian law applies.
In addition, the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. Errors
excepted. Prices and programmes are subject to change.

to the viewing platform and start your tour along the beautiful

22 signposted running tracks and overall 183 km provide for
diversity and much running fun. The offer ranges from short
tracks in flat grounds to challenging tracks which are perfectly
suitable for pros.

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
– the trend sport from Hawaii –
found its way to the Achensee.
If you want to experience the ultimate feeling of freedom, kite
surfing is the perfect water sport
for you at the Achensee.
At this water sport you stand upright a
surfboard and use a single bladed paddle
to glide across the water. The technique is
easy to learn – after a few minutes you have
the hang of it. SUP is not very exhausting –
it’s light surfing.
Family fun at the Achensee: SUP and canoe

At our water sports school in front of our
hotel you are able to experience the breathtaking combination of the two elements air
and water during kite surfing.
