General Information:
-Lead times: Boat: 4-5 weeks from artwork approval
Air: Add $10/piece, 2-3 weeks from artwork approval
-FOB Chicago
Minimum Order:
-Minimum of 12 pieces per team per order
-Fill-in orders will be subject to 25% up-charge and 6 pieces minimum per team per order
Artwork Submission:
-Contact our customer service representative for an electronic copy of the order form
-Fill-out the electronic form and email it to [email protected]
-Orders will not be accepted without the electronic roster file filled out
Artwork Approval:
-CHAMPRO Sports will send an email with order acknowledgement and
proof of the order
-Customer must review the order, proof for accuracy, and approve for production
-$10 charge for subsequent proofs
-Production will not begin until a written artwork approval is received
by CHAMPRO Sports
-CHAMPRO will acknowledge receipt of approval and confirm lead times
-No changes to order will be accepted after artwork approval is received
Shortages/Claims:
-Any claims or shortages with your order must be reported within
3 working days of receipt of goods
Order Cancellation:
-Cancellations must be notified within 48 hours after proof approval
-Any cancellation after this time will be subject to 50% charge
of the order total
Color Disclaimer:
-We strive to match our sublimated colors to SFIA standards. However, due to the
nature of the process, colors may not perfectly match our stock dyed fabric apparel.
We cannot guarantee color match between different fabrics and from order to order.
Care instructions:
-Do not dry clean; Do not wash in hot water; Do not use chlorine bleach; Do not wash
whites and colors together; Do not dry on HIGH heat
-CHAMPRO Sports is not responsible to damage to apparel as a result of improper
care
-Excessive heat may cause fabric shrinkage and color change – do not
put JUICE garments through a screen print dryer

sublimated program? Have an idea for your teams
jersey and wish you could design it yourself?
We have the answer! CHAMPRO Sports
now offers a customer designed jersey program.
Each jersey is made with Z-Cloth, DRI-GEAR®,
100% polyester, interlock fabric. This fabric has a
silky smooth feel, is lightweight and snag resistant.
You can design your jersey with up to 5 colors, textures or
provided patterns! Create your jersey with custom watermarks,
stripes or inserts. Our team of knowledgeable designers will
convert your design into a custom Juice Infused jersey!
*$2 charge is in addition to base charge per jersey.
Complex designs may require extra charges per jersey.
CHAMPRO reserves the right to alter custom designs to fit the pattern.

Designs do not have to follow this example.
CUSTOM JUICE T-SHIRT JERSEY CONDITIONS
Custom Designs:
-Designs that do not follow our templates are considered custom. Additional
conditions and charges may apply, please call 847-279-4057 for details.
General Information:
-Lead times: Boat: 5-6 weeks from artwork approval
Air: Add $10/piece, 3-4 weeks from artwork approval
-FOB Chicago
-Player names are an additional $0.50 per jersey
Minimum Order:
-Minimum of 12 pieces per team per order
-Fill-in orders will be subject to 25% up-charge and 6 pieces minimum per team per order
Artwork Submission:
-Contact our customer service representative for an electronic copy of the order form
-Fill-out the electronic form and email it to [email protected]
-Orders will not be accepted without the electronic roster file filled out
Artwork Approval:
-CHAMPRO Sports will send an email with order acknowledgement and
proof of the order
-Customer must review the order, proof for accuracy, and approve for production
-$10 charge for subsequent proofs
-Production will not begin until a written artwork approval is received
by CHAMPRO Sports
-CHAMPRO will acknowledge receipt of approval and confirm lead times
-No changes to order will be accepted after artwork approval is received
Shortages/Claims:
-Any claims or shortages with your order must be reported within
3 working days of receipt of goods
Order Cancellation:
-Cancellations must be notified within 48 hours after proof approval
-Any cancellation after this time will be subject to 50% charge
of the order total
Color Disclaimer:
-We strive to match our sublimated colors to SFIA standards. However, due to the
nature of the process, colors may not perfectly match our stock dyed fabric apparel.
We cannot guarantee color match between different fabrics and from order to order.
Care instructions:
-Do not dry clean; Do not wash in hot water; Do not use chlorine bleach; Do not wash
whites and colors together; Do not dry on HIGH heat
-CHAMPRO Sports is not responsible to damage to apparel as a result of improper
care
-Excessive heat may cause fabric shrinkage and color change – do not
put JUICE garments through a screen print dryer
