work? Have you noticed how the IROC Firebirds and several of the NASCAR race cars are sounding more like Indy Cars these days? That’s
because they are using the Dr. Gas Synchronizing Crossover Exhaust System! Since Sterling Marlin won the 1995 Daytona 500 with a Dr. Gas
system on his car, many of the other NASCAR teams are using it also. The reason is simple! The Dr. Gas Synchronizing Crossover Exhaust
System is designed to work with any V6 or V8 exhaust system. Unlike other H and X designs, Dyno testing of the Dr. Gas Crossover shows
a 1% to 5% gain in both torque and horsepower at all engine speeds over open headers! Also, Dr. Gas reduces exhaust noise levels by 2dba
to 6dba! We’ve used Dr. Gas on both the #4 Grabber Green Fastback and #904 Grabber Green Coupe for the past 10 years and we can tell
you from experience that it works! This mandral bent, 5 piece kit is a cut and weld to fit your application, and is available in a variety of sizes
to fit almost any application.

evacuate exhaust gasses from the combustion chambers faster than,
and more efficiently than, stock manifolds or a standard tube hedder.
The increase in available exhaust chamber volume allows for more
fresh air/fuel mixture to be drawn in, creating a purer fuel charge packed
with more power. The result is the tug you feel on the “seat of your
pants” when you punch the accelerator...better known as TORQUE.

The Mustangs of Mustangs Plus

When you buy Mustang parts from Mustangs Plus, you know we have first hand experience with the parts we sell. Over the years, we have owned and
built a lot of Mustangs and believe it or not, we still own most of them! Here are a few of the Mustangs in the Bramlett’s stable!
#1.) My “IN ORIGINAL CONDITION”
Springtime Yellow ‘66 factory High Performance GT Coupe. I bought this car from
the original owner in 1981 and have driven
it only 2000 miles since. It’s on display in
the our showroom.

#2.) The Black ‘65 Coupe we built in 1982
to help us sell parts. This car was my driver
for many years until my kids got too big to
all fit in the back seat! Today Cindy and I
drive it to Mustang car shows all over the
country. Our plans are to drive it to Charlotte for the 40th Mustang Anniversary
Show in 2004.

#3.) We built the Ronster in 1995-96. I’d
always wanted a two-seat roadster Mustang and saw the opportunity while we
were building the Retractable Hardtop. It
uses the same chassis strengthening kit
and other components. We were proud
it was chosen to be the cover car for the
September 1997 issue of Mustangs and
Fords Magazine.

#4.) We’ve used the #4 Grabber Green
Fastback to develop our Grab-A-Trak
suspension product line as well as many
other parts over the years. This shot shows
it at one of the many track events that we
take it to each year.

#5.) The G. T. 350 C Prototype was built
here at Mustangs Plus with the direction
of Wilhelm Motor Works. At the time, September of 2005, Jon Wilhelm had an agreement with Shelby to build G.T. 350 C’s.

#6.) In 1991, we built the Grabber Green
904 Coupe for George Galoosis Sr. to
take to the track. I looked for a photo of it
sitting still but it hardly ever stays still long
enough for a picture!

#7, 8, & 9.) As the Bramlett kids grew up,
we had to build Mustangs for them. #7 and
#8 are David’s son’s cars, Greg Bramlett
and Jeff Bramlett. #9 is my son’s, Ron
Bramlett Jr, car, for some reason all the
kids want coupes.
#10.) In 1995, we built our 1964 1\2 Retractable Hardtop.

pair of ‘66 6 cyl. coupes, a ‘66 4-speed
GT Coupe, a ‘66 convertible, a ‘84½
Anniversary Coupe and Convertible, a
‘85 Saleen (#38), a ‘85 GT Hatchback, a
‘86 GT convertible, a ‘88 McLaren, a ‘95
Cobra Hardtop Convertible, a ‘96 4.6 GT
convertible, the newly completed Colt 351,
a 1966 Fastback road racer project car, our
newest project, The Monster Ronster and a
couple of projects still under construction!
