Terms
Buyer shall make full payment for all purchases made on the date
of the auction. No animals are to be removed until full and proper
settlement has been made.
Buyer shall be responsible for examining and inspecting all
animals prior to bidding.
The Auctioneer shall designate the buyer after each animal is
sold. If a dispute arises between two or more buyers, the
Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding
The Auctioneer’s designation of a buyer shall be final.

Health Records and Sales Notes
As a minimum, cattle receive vaccinations to prevent pneumonia;
systemic (IM or SQ) vaccinations given between six months to two
weeks of the sale, intranasal vaccinations given two weeks prior
to the sale.
Sellers to also provide

Documentation of health events be provided to the buyer,
for example: vaccination, deworming, treatments
(withdrawal times noted); products used and given.

Veterinary verification of Pregnancy or breeding status.

Documentation of bull breeding soundness exam.

Marketing information, for example; pedigree information
or production practices used on your farm. (BQA, Johne’s
Risk Assessments, grass-fed, organic, etc.)

In the event you are an out-of-state-buyer, the seller will
have to provide the appropriate Interstate Health
Certificate.

Sellers maintain the right to “No Sale” lots. The sellers
cost for the doing so is $25.

All sales considered final and binding between the seller
and buyer.
Each animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer from the
moment it is sold, even though the buyer may not have yet paid.
At this point, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage.
Not responsible for accidents, property or personal damage, errors
or omissions.
Any announcements made day of auction take precedents over
written information.
