Proper maintenance guards against major repair expenses resulting from neglect or inadequate maintenance and may help increase the value you receive when you sell or trade your vehicle. It is your responsibility to make sure that all of the scheduled maintenance is performed and that the materials used meet Kia engineering specifications. Damage or failures due to lack of proper maintenance or neglect are not covered under warranty. For information regarding special operating conditions that may increase the frequency of maintenance, see the Kia Scheduled Maintenance Guide. SERVICE APPOINTMENTS Please make a service appointment before dropping your vehicle off. This will help us give you and your vehicle quality service in a timely manner. EARLY BIRD/AFTER HOURS DROP-OFF If you are leaving your vehicle for service outside normal business hours, there is an early bird/after hours drop box located next to the service entrance.
