MobileMax For companies on the move What is MobileMax ? MobileMax is our Mobile function that resides in our ServiceMax software. Once activated, it allows a field engineer to receive work from their office and complete engineer reports, statutory forms and capture signatures as required, in real time. Our latest MobileMax Pro module works with Android 2.x and Windows Mobile 6.x operating systems, both in and out of mobile network signal. Once jobs are completed they are uploaded automatically to the office. e.g. Typical PDA are HTC’s Sensation & Samsung’s Galaxy S2 etc. iPhone users are currently supported using our MobileMax Lite solution whilst in signal only. Forms such as CP12 or CD11, PAT, Smoke/CO detectors are included on the PDA. Material used/requirements, payment collections and raising Adhoc workorders can also be undertaken by engineers if so authorised. Very Simply: Once the MMax Pro software is installed onto the PDA and the office setup is completed which normally takes minutes - the system is ready to use: Engineer enters their Username and Password and once accepted the Engineer is allowed to view job details and commence work using the PDA How does MobileMax work ? Work order/job status for the engineer becomes available to view i.e. • New jobs for Today (and tomorrow) • Overdue work • Current work • Completed work – in day • On duty Status • Last time system updated • Access to raising an Adhoc job Engineer now clicks onto today to move screens How does MobileMax work ? Today’s screen allows access to the total jobs shown here, as: • Overdue jobs (zero) • Today’s work (1) • Tomorrows planned work (1) Clicking the 25th Oct appointment will open that job/work order W3566 How does MobileMax work ? Engineer’s chosen job is work order 3566. • Engineer scrolls the page reading job details • May use out-dialler software via the PDA to ring customer to confirm visit by clicking onto actual home number •May click onto postcode to see actual location and plan a route via linked software Job is time stamped and Office is automatically notified once the job is ticked start or reject How does MobileMax work ? Engineer commences the job by clicking the start icon A further screen then opens giving the engineer the option to complete some/all:• Engineers report • Material used • Generate CP12/CD11/CP2 certs • Add smoke and CO alarm reports • Customer survey forms How does MobileMax work ? Engineer now commences completing details of the current job using drop down fields or keyboard input with the various sections e.g. Remedial work or action taken – temp heating used etc Office will become aware work has commenced on this specific address How does MobileMax work ? Clicking in the Appliances area opens access to allow the engineer to: • Generate CP12 or CD11 forms • Modify or add Appliances details • Add CO & Smoke Alarm details How does MobileMax work ? The Engineer accesses the Gas safety area selecting if the work is Gas related and all legally required sections by default Once completed the engineer is now directed to the reporting and safety section which again by default must be completed How does MobileMax work ? Engineer continues with the report via choices prescribed in drop down boxes:• Gas Relate Job • Earth Bonding Evident • Complies with Gas Regs • Gas tightness test passed • General Gas safety information etc • Finally confirming the safety section is completed by clicking on “save” How does MobileMax work ? Customer Section: once clicked open this is where client details are confirmed, amended and then submitted e.g. name is entered and their Signature captured as required by the office. How does MobileMax work ? Customer Signature Section: customers details e.g. name is confirmed or amended and their Signature captured as required by the office. Some offices may not require this from certain engineers so that would not show on that particular PDA Once confirm is ticked then the PDA should be ready to submit the completed job back to the office How does MobileMax work ? Current Job: This status screen allows the status to be ticked e.g. Revisit required, part required, job completed etc How does MobileMax work ? MobileMax status screen This status screen confirms that the previous job was completed so it moves from the current section into the Done section. Providing the on duty green tick is active and the PDA is communicating with the phone network, then any new jobs will be downloaded every 5 mins or so automatically or when the update icon is clicked. The following slides indicate what staff in the office see on their office PC screen as the engineer starts work in the field and the method used to access the CP12 etc The workorders are not related to the above MobileMax Screen on Office PC This shows Alan has 3 jobs on his PDA Office see work started on w/order 3405 Alan has commenced work!
