The architecture of the grand entrance
and the historic elements, coupled with
the modern design of the apartment
interiors inspired BoConcepts to create
a harmonic, lively feel for the A-line
apartment furnishings, creating a space
that inspires great living.
Residents at 25 Broad are offered a
selection of services and amenities including 24-hour doorman, concierge/
valet services, a high-tech game room
and lounge equipped with WiFi, a
golf simulator, children’s playroom,
a fitness center with a separate yoga
studio and storage on every floor. 25
Broad is also a pet-friendly building.
25 Broad is a federally landmarked
21-story, 307-unit property, located
in the Financial District, at the corner
of Broad St. and Exchange Place,
one block from the New York Stock
Exchange. The building dates back
to 1902 when it was known as the
“Broad Exchange Building,” designed
by Clinton & Russell, an architectural
firm. Renovated by LCOR, the building
maintains its historic details with a
marble lobby, 18-ft. ceilings and grand
marble staircases.
