SHARE Counseling Services
Is a program of Seabrook House that is committed
to providing exceptional addiction treatment
through the healing of the body, mind, and spirit.
We encourage all patients to restore their lives by
embracing way of life based on the 12 step principles of recovery. Our program provides addiction
treatment, monitoring and educational services to
adult women and men. Patients will remain living
in their homes while attending our outpatient
programs. Patients are also responsible for their own
transportation to and from the facility.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
requires patients to attend programming four (4) days
a week for two hours each group sessions, with one
individual session and family/outside provider contacts
monthly.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
is also a minimum of four days a week for five hours a day
program. Patients attending partial care will be afforded
one meal per day.

OUTPATIENT FACILITIES
What we Provide
Each facility offers every level of outpatient care from
partial through one on one counseling. SHARE also
offers distinct Advance Nurse Practitioner (APN) services
for clients in both PHP and IOP levels of care.
All programs are supervised by our Director of
Outpatient Services, Richard J. White, PhD, LMFT and
our programs are staffed with credentialed employees.
