This includes the Holiday Circuit, WEF, and through Spring 3. (20 weeks of stalls @ $237.50 per week.) If stalls are reserved and paid for by November 1 s t 2014, you will be entitled to occupy a stall by November 17 6 h . (22 weeks of stalls @ $216 per week.) Reservation and payments received after November 1 s t , 2014 (if extended) are subject to an increase. Plan B- Premier Tent Boarding from January 7- March 30, 2015 @ $ 3,575 per stall. This includes the 12 weeks of WEF. (12 weeks of stalls @ $298 per week.) If stalls are reserved and paid for by November 1 s t 2014, you will be entitled to occupy a stall by January 2nd. (14 weeks of stalls @ $255 per week.) Reservation and payments received after November 1 s t , 2014 (if extended) are subject to an increase. Plan C- South Six Month Pole Tent Boarding from October 30, 2014 to April 20, 2015 @ $3,900 per stall*. This is priced for 26 weeks of stalls equating to $150 per week. * Final stall assignment destination may not take place before January 3 r d . This is a limited time discounted offer. If conditions and full payment are not met before October 30, the offer may be withdrawn without any further extension. Plan H- Premier Tent Boarding for Holiday series November 26- January 4, 2015 @ $1,050 per stall. 7 weeks of stalls which equates to $150 per week. If deposit conditions are not met before November 1 2014 the offer may be withdrawn without any further extension. Full payment must be made by November 26th in order to occupy a stall. NO ONE MAY USE ANY ELECTRICAL OUTLET TO CONNECT ANY CORD, OR APPLIANCE THAT DOES NOT MEET LOCAL CODE AND ANY SUCH ITEM MAY BE REMOVED WITHOUT CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. PLEASE READ POSTED NOTICES OF NEW FIRE MARSHALL REGULATIONS FOR 2014. 2. ELECTRIC OUTLETS ARE FOR FANS, CLIPPERS, SMALL RADIOS, AND OTHER APPROVED SMALL APPLIANCES. NO GOLF CARTS, HEATERS, REFRIGERATORS OR WATER COOLERS MAY BE CONNECTED TO THESE OUTLETS. ESP LLC MAY REFUSE USE OF OUTLETS AS IT DEEMS REASONABLE. 3. GOLF CARTS MAY BE DRIVEN ONLY BY LICENSED DRIVERS. IF ESP ISSUES ID PASSES TO GOLF CARTS OR OTHER CONVEYANCES ONLY PROPERLY PERMITTED CONVEYANCES WILL BE ALLOWED. 4. VAN & TRAILER PARKING IS BY PERMIT AND PERMIT NUMBER MUST BE DISPLAYED ON VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES. 5. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE DRIVEN AT SLOW, SAFE SPEEDS. CAUTION OF HORSES AND RIDERS MUST BE TAKEN AT ALL TIMES. 6. LUNGING MAY BE DONE ONLY IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS. NO LUNGING MAY BE DONE IN ANY OF THE RINGS OR SCHOOLING AREAS AT ANY TIME UNLESS OTHERWISE POSTED. THIS WILL BE LISTED IN WEEKLY AND DAILY UPDATES IN THE OFFICE BASED ON SHOW RING DEMAND. 7. PADDOCKS MAY NOT BE ALTERED AT ANYTIME WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION, AND MAY ONLY BE USED BY THOSE INDICATED ON THE USE AGREEMENT. DAMAGE TO PADDOCKS WILL BE THE EXPENSE OF THE USER, NO LUNGING IN PADDOCKS. 8. PRIVATE PRACTICE RINGS ON GROUNDS ARE TO BE USED IN A SAFE & COURTEOUS MANNER AND ONLY BY PERSONS AND OR HORSES LISTED ON THE USE AGREEMENT. JUMPS THAT ARE DEEMED TO BE UNSAFE MAY BE REMOVED WITHOUT CLAIM. NO POLING ON THE PREMISES. 9. BMP- MANURE AND WASTE MUST BE PLACED IN THE DESIGNATED CONTAINER AREAS ONLY. HORSES MAY ONLY BE WASHED IN PERMANENT WASH AREAS PROVIDED BY ESP. FINES FOR NONCOMPLIANCE MAY BE APPLIED. WATER BUCKETS @ AGDF MUST BE FILLED ON THE OUTSIDE OF BARN ISLES AS PER POSTED REGULATIONS. 10. ALL USE AREAS MUST BE KEPT CLEAN AND NEAT AT ALL TIMES. 11. FAILURE BY ANY PERSON TO FOLLOW THESE RUES AND REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE USE AREA AND THE REMOVAL OF ALL ANIMALS, TRAILERS, RV’S, VEHICLES, SUPPLIES ETC. RELATING TO SAID PERSON WITHOUT REFUND OR CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. 12. ALL AREAS ON THE PROPERTY MUST BE USED PROPERLY AND FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE ONLY. THIS INCLUDES STALLS WHICH MAY ONLY BE USED FOR HORSES, TACK STALLS OR FEED STALLS. NO BUSINESSES MAY BE RUN IN A RENTED STALL. 13. PARKING AREAS FOR CARTS, BIKES AND VEHICLES MUST BE PROPERLY OBSERVED AND ANY RESERVED AREA MUST BE USED ONLY BY THE PROPER PERSON(S). 14. DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND MAY NOT GO INTO THE RINGS, SCHOOLING AREAS, FOOD AREAS AT ANY TIME. VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO FINE. 15. DELIVERIES: ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE CLEARED FIRST BY THE OFFICE AS TO TIMES AND PLACEMENT. ONLY GOLD COAST FEED IS PERMITTED TO DELIVER FEED, BED AND SHAVINGS ON THE GROUNDS. 16. NO STALL, PADDOCK, RING, PARKING SPACE, OR OTHER USE AREA MAY BE USED UNTIL THE USE AGREEMENT IS PROPERLY SIGNED AND UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE. 17. ANY NON-NEGOTIABLE FEES FOR THESE USES WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASE IN THE FEE OF $100 PER WEEK, AND WILLTERMINATE THE USE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THE FEE IS PAID WITH CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS. ALL FUNDS ARE U. S. FUNDS ONLY. ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 18. USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO FACILITY. NO PAINTING, CUTTING, OR ALTERING OF THE STALLS WILL BE PER-MITTED. PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL BOARDERS SAFETY, NO ADDITIONAL COVERAGE MAY BE CONSTRUCTED OUTSIDE OF ANY STABLING STRUCTURE. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! NO ITEMS MAY BE PLACED OR STORED OUTSIDE OF THE STABLING TENT, 19. WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF MANAGEMENT. IN NO CASE MAY THE SETBACK AREA BE BLOCKED. THIS INCLUDES HAY, SHAVINGS, DOG PENS, WASH RACKS, ETC. 20. NO USE AREA MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITHOUT THE EXPRESS CONSENT OF MANAGEMENT. 21. ALL RULES ANNOUNCED OR POSTED BY MANAGEMENT MUST BE FOLLOWED. 22. NO NUISANCE OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED. INCLUDES NOISE, PARTIES, FIGHTING, HORNS, LOUD ENGINES, BARKING-BITING DOGS, DRUNKEN BEHAVIOR, ETC. 23. USER AGREES TO HOLD ESP, LLC HARMLESS OF ANY AND ALL CLAIMS. 24. A PROPERLY FITTED ASTM HARD HAT MUST BE WORN BY ANY PERSON ON A HORSE AT ALL TIMES ON THE SHOW GROUNDS.
