Big Lake Lodge Series
Rustic in style and design, the Big Lake Lodge
Series by Superior Park Model Homes is the perfect
fit for the outdoorsman who wishes to “rough it in style”.
The Big Lake Lodge, our rustic log cabin series, gives you the best of all possible
worlds with regard to appearance, quality, design, and most of all…charm. Real wood logs,
stained, sealed and caulked, make up the exterior, along with a 29 gauge metal roof in your
choice of colors or architectural shingles. Top that off with an optional 12’ screened porch and
you have yourself the perfect rustic vacation home.
The interior is equally beautiful and rustic. The Big Lake Lodge comes standard with
real wood cedar paneling, solid red oak pre-finished floors, an upgraded lighting package
which includes two 52” ceiling fans that are rustic in style, custom cabinetry built with birch
plywood boxes and your choice of solid oak or maple fronts, styles and raised panel doors, and
a designer drapery package with pre-installed blinds. There are too many interior upgrades to

Mojave Series
A perfect getaway home for your property in the west or
close to the coast of your favorite beach, the
Mojave
Series by Superior Park Model Homes offers the elegance of a genuine stucco exterior
with quoins on the corners and keystone accents and trim around all windows and doors.
Once again, you receive all the quality components and materials you expect to find in a
Superior Park Model Home. Outside, in addition to the handsome stucco highlighted by
elegant, durable trim, we offer your choice of a standard 29 gauge colored metal roof or 20year architectural shingles.
The interior is equally beautiful, featuring ceramic “look” vinyl flooring in the kitchen and

I wanted to show you a couple of pictures of my “cabin” in Indiantown decorated for Christmas ’05. We have not skirted it yet because
we have plans for decks on front and back and maybe on the ends, too. The very next thing we plan to do is fence me in and the horses

quite a bit of research, both locally and on the computer, for these type of homes. Having been a carpenter for 24 years and a master
carpenter for the last ten years, I felt that your building specifications were definitely the best available. Of course there is the matter of
the terrific price that you have for your units. I could have bought similar models much closer to home but not with the same quality and

I am writing this letter in appreciation for the quality of service that I received when purchasing a Superior Park Model Home.
About a month ago I started to research information about park model homes that looked like log cabins. I found Superior Park Model
Homes web site and emailed them that I would like some information. Within a week the sales rep from Florida (where I live) returned my
call. His name is Herb. From that day forward it has been a joy going thru the process of purchasing this home.
My situation is a little bit different then most people who are looking to purchase. My place of employment was actually purchasing
this home for me. I had to do all the leg work and info gathering. So needless to say it got confusing sometimes. I was actually the middle
man for this deal when it came to questions asked and answered. Through all of this Herb was very understanding, informative and
