MST PROFILE
MST - Manutenzione & Servizi Tecnici
– was founded in 2006 when Tecnimont SpA (Maire Tecnimont
Group), its sole shareholder member, dismissed the business unit
Maintenance and Services. Through merger and acquisition initiatives,
MST has integrated structures, human resources and know-how by
several other companies, including SIME Impianti SpA. The latter,
founded in 1939, is specialized in electromechanical equipment
maintenance.
Main Services
MST is also specialized in Facility Management, Global Service and is
accredited by the GSE (publicly-owned company promoting renewable
energy sources) to operate as an ESCo (Energy Service Company)
company that carries out actions to improve energy efficiency by
reducing the consumption of primary energy by adopting the most
comprehensive and advanced approach.
Other Services
Leveraging on twenty years of experience, MST offers specialized
services in design, installation and management of systems and
equipments of complex building and infrastructures. New fields of
application are opening up in the industrial market of Operation &
Maintenance and Power Plants for biomass energy production.

BUSINESS UNIT: CIVIL /HEALTHCARE
Management and Operation: technological systems, air-conditioning systems, heating and electrical
systems, medium-voltage-low voltage electrical systems, energy service, building automation, special
systems, building structures.
Facility Management: management of thermo-technical systems, internal logistics, maintenance
activities, green systems, company security plans, cleaning services, catering; general services, security
systems, utilities and services design.
Design and Building: thermal and electrical power plants, air conditioning systems, plumbing, sanitary
and related systems, medium-voltage-low voltage electrical systems, audio–video systems, telephone
systems, building automation and security systems; building and structural works.

Operation & Maintenance: Thanks to
synergies with the Maire Tecnimont Group, MST is able to
provide Operation & Maintenance services for electrical power production plants by means of biomass or
other sources, photovoltaic systems, industrial plants in petrochemical and Oil & Gas fields.
