From its inception, we here at the Family of Faith Ministries (FFM), have dedicated our
business directories as a ministry to the body of believers within the business world
of our secular society. To this end our ministry is based on three of the most important
biblical principles recorded in the Holy Bible.
IDENTIFICATION: Matthew 5:14-16, FFM becomes a unique medium by which the
Christian business and professional person can publicly identify themselves and their
businesses with Christ.
SEPARATION: 2 Corinthians 6:14-18. We zeroed in on this very important biblical
principle by providing a vehicle in the form of a business directory, for the Christian
businessperson to make known his stand for Christ in our secular business world.
FELLOWSHIP: Matthew 18:20, Hebrews 10:24-25. Representation in a CYP
directory opens wide the door of opportunity for fellowship among the Christian
brethren of a community by crossing denominational lines in making them known one
to another.
As publishers of Christian directories we are often challenged with the question,
“Who is a Christian?” We can offer no better answer than that which is recorded in
the Holy Bible.
“If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that
God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9
Those who confess Christ as Lord of their lives, and whose listings may appear in this
directory are, according to Biblical teachings, your brothers and sisters in Christ. The
Apostle Paul admonished the first century Christians to love your brother.
Love — your brother, John 13:35. “By this all men will know that you are my
disciples, if you love one another.”
Honor — your brother, Romans 12:10. “Be devoted to one another in brotherly love;
give preference to one another in honor.”
Do Good — unto your brother, Galatians 6:10. “…while we have opportunity, let us
do good to all people, and especially those who are of the household of the faith.”
Praise the Lord! — Our Christian business directories offer the reader the opportunity
to love, honor and do good unto your Christian brother or sister who they may have
never known — now, that is not to say that we are advocating exclusive patronage of
only those listed in our Christian business directories — after all, the Bible teaches us
to, “…do good to all people…” but, it also says, “…especially to those who are of the
household of faith.” — Hallelujah!
The reader should also realize that advertising in a CYP directory does not necessarily
mean that those listed therein are any cheaper in their prices, nor that the quality of
their work or products is any better than their competitors. However, all things being
equal, we sincerely believe that, when you patronize those listed in the CYP directories,
you will find that you will receive courteous and considerate treatment way above the
normal business/customer relationship.

that you are going to heaven,
KNOW — NOT HOPE
KNOW — NOT THINK
KNOW — NOT GUESS
KNOW — that you are going to HEAVEN.
God’ s word says: “These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the
Son of God, that you may KNOW that you have eternal life…” (1 John 5:13).
You certainly want to KNOW that you’re going to heaven don’t you?
✔ There is no other way to be assured of heaven other than through Jesus Christ…
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through Me” (John 14:6).
✔ We are all sinners and can never satisfy God’s standard for holiness:
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23)
✔ The consequences of our sin means that we deserve the penalty of eternal death. For the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).
✔ Jesus Christ did something for us that we could never do for ourselves: He paid the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross. But God
demonstrates His own love toward us, in that, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).
✔ We can be saved from the penalty of sin and assured of heaven by believing in Jesus.
That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou will be saved
(Romans 10:9).
If you sincerely prayed and asked Jesus Christ to save you just now, then on the authority of God’s word, the Bible, you are sincerely saved.
Your name is in God’s Book of Life (Rev. 20:15). Your sins are forgiven and you are assured of heaven. As a new Christian you have just begun life
in all fullness (John 10:10). You can increase your joy and purpose in this new life by regularly attending a Bible believing church, a church where
you can meet Christian friends and a pastor who will teach you more about God’s love and how you can be a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
Pray a simple prayer to call on Jesus Christ to save you, something like this:
Lord Jesus, I want to know for sure that I am going to heaven. I know that I’m a sinner and I’m sorry for my
sins. I believe that you died on the cross to pay for my sin and that you rose from the dead to give me eternal
life. Thank you for saving me from my sins and from hell. Thank you for writing my name in your book of life.
I put my trust in you. Help me to be the kind of Christian that you want me to be. Amen.
