Clutch bag_Layout 1 13/07/2012 14:45 Page 3 You need: LGC kit, button Dress to impress with Lucinda Ganderton’s clutchbag The chequered design of this sweet bag may look tricky but it's actually a piece of cake. Simply work a row of alternating groups of trebles and chains, then on the next row, work trebles over the chains on the previous row, and vice versa. This means that you only need to use one colour per row. f ength o a l a d d A e to mak . n o b b i r handle pretty tastic n Visit fa s.com n ribbo 40 letsgetcrafting.com Clutch bag_Layout 1 13/07/2012 14:45 Page 4 Crochet Quick & Easy Meet Our Designer “The overlapping trebles used to work the chequered pattern produce a strong fabric, so the bag doesn’t need to be lined” Lucinda Ganderton is an experienced craft designer and is the author of several books, including Stitch Dictionary Shopping Basket Complement your new bag with a pair of pink heels!
