that the landscape of contemporary art is altered forever. The
late, great Govinder Nazran was one such artist.
It is with great pride that Washington Green present ‘Legacy’ – a
collection of rare limited edition pieces by the inimitable Govinder
Nazran. This collection is released in conjunction with the official launch
of ‘Legacy, The Work 1999-2008’, a limited edition catalogue raisonné
encompassing all of Govinder’s published works until his life was
tragically cut short in 2008.
Charming, moving and intellectually funny, these pieces pay a perfect
tribute to Govinder’s indisputable talent for brightening up the dullest
day or greyest spirit with the incandescence of his imagination and
present an incredible opportunity for Govinder fans and collectors alike
to add to their collections.
