London Corporate Challenge 2016
CorporateChallengeTeamCaptains,

McDonaldHouseofSouthWesternOntario.Moneyraisedattheeventand
throughthefundraisingeffortsofyourteamwillgodirectlytoachild/
familyinneed.
TheLondonCorporateChallengewillbeheldonSaturdayJune25,2016.
Eachteamwillcompeteinten(10)“events”duringtheday;theseeventsare
fun-filled,sillyconteststhatareenjoyableandentertainingtocompetein.

BusinessesandorganizationsthroughouttheLondonareawillenterteams
intoCorporateChallengetoshareanamusingdaywithfriendsandcoworkersandtoshowtheirsupporttothecommunity.Normallyeachteam
developstheirownteamt-shirtstopromotetheircompaniesspiritandasa
keepsakeforparticipants.
Whilethiseventoccursonone-day,yourteam’sactivitiesshouldbeginnow.
Weaskeachteamtofundraiseforthiseventtosupportourcharity,while
ourgoalistoraise$1,200perteamentered,ourhopeisthateachteamwill
surpassthisamountandmakethiseventassuccess.Thereareprizesforthe
topindividualandteamfundraisers,buttherealrewardisknowingthatyou
helpedtobrightenachild’slife.
ThebestwaytodescribeCorporateChallengeisthatitisanadult“play-day”.

Thereisa$400feetoenterateaminCorporateChallenge.Theentryfeeis
usedtooffsetthecostsofcosts,tentrentals,equipmentrentals,waste
containers,port-o-potties,security,police,volunteerlunchesetc.etc.).
Afteryouhaveregisteredyourteam,followtheinstructionsto:
1. Inviteyourteammemberstoregisteron-lineandcreatetheirpersonal
fundraisingpages,and;
2. Inviteyourvolunteerstoregisteron-lineandidentifytheyarevolunteers
fromyourteam.
Ourvolunteercoordinatorwillcontactyourteams’volunteersviaemailto
ensuretheyaresignedupforthevolunteeractivityoftheirchoice.All
volunteerswillbeprovidedwithlunch,tworefreshmentticketsanda
volunteert-shirt;andwillparticipateinafun-filleddaywhilehelpingour
charitytomeetitsfundraisinggoals.
