North American Specialty Retailers
SIA Snow Show 2013 – Fast-moving UK snow, bike and active
outdoor sportswear brand Dare 2b doubles down on its expansion into the
United States market with two all-new collections for fans of active
outdoor winter sports. Both collections, Ski Sport and Free Ski, will be
available for retailer preview at Booth #713.
Just a year old stateside, Dare 2b’s sophomore collections bring more
than 30 years of UK performance apparel design expertise together with
contemporary snowsport styling for new introductions that are sure to
make a big impact with retailers and consumers alike.
“Dare 2b is a brand designed for everyone,” says Graham Rickard, CEO,
Dare 2b. “That can sound a little like hopeful sales speak, but we’ve
designed collections that cover high performance to high style for people
who are focused on performance winter sports to those of us who just

WINTER 2013 HIGHLIGHTS
The Dare 2B 2013 US introduction includes styles for men, women and children in two distinct
collections: the technical and sports focused Ski Sport collection and the high-style, high-function Free
Ski line. An additional Essentials range includes accessories as well as base and mid layers to help
retailers round out a comprehensive offering.
Ski Sport Collection
The Ski Sport collection offers the very best in technical performance with a wide variety of designs
at atrractive price points for both retailers and consumers. More than 20 designs combine up-to-theminute technical fabrics and manufacturing techniques to produce outerwear that always keeps the
end user in mind: wherever and whatever they are doing. Fabrics include Dare 2b’s proprietary Ared
breathability on the go. Women’s designs include all of the men’s performance features plus a modern,

Men’s Exalted Jacket:

This jacket is the jewel in the crown of the Free Ski Collection, featuring waterproof
and breathable Ared V02 10,000 coated twill or wool fabric, pit zip, detachable
snow skirt and a softshell hood for a more casual vibe.
Turn Loose Textured Pant:
Pant looks great without compromising on quality. Features include warm touch
lining to the upper legs, adjustable waist, multiple pockets and snap cuff closure.
Essentials Line
To complement and coordinate with the Ski Sport and Free Ski
collections, Dare 2b also introduces the Essentials line of mid to
base layers. Items are made from a synthetic, super lightweight
stretch fabric that provides an alternative to the weight and bulk of

Also new for 2013, the Ilus Core stretch collection features a range of
versatile men’s and women’s designs that can be worn as mid or base
layers. Each is made from a lightweight, stretch fabric that provides
comfort, quick drying and superior wicking properties.
