Purpose Built Homes
Fall on Hilton Head Island is a
very busy time in real estate.
November is one of the busiest times
of the year for real estate listings and
transactions. We are staying extremely
busy helping our owners facilitate
purchases and closings, all the while
welcoming more and more guests.
Hilton Head Island has entered into a new renaissance,
defined as “a renewal of life, vigor, interest, etc.” With
rising property values and rental revenues, there is no
better time to own property on Hilton Head Island.
At Beach Properties, fall is the time

with our owners and preparing for the
winter season—when our snow birds

Welcome to the Team!
Sarah Smith has been a Hilton Head resident since 2008,
although she’s been vacationing on the island since 1990. Originally from Sturbridge, MA, Sarah studied psychology at Lynchburg
College, then earned her master’s degree in education from the
University of South Carolina. Before joining our team, Sarah was
the Director of Member Services at Wexford Plantation for five
years. She lives on the island with her husband Alex, and her two children—Landon, 3;
and Harper, 2. She enjoys being with her family and anything outdoors, including the
beach, biking, working out and attending all local Hilton Head festivals. Sarah has
teamed up with Dru Brown in Business Development and will be assisting in providing
the highest level of service and information about our successful management program.
