will pay off or reduce the outstanding loan balance up to
the ‘coverage limits’.2

A New Auto: is a vehicle that is less than 9 months old
from the date it was first sold as shown on the Legal
Ownership Certificate (LOC) and has been driven less than
10,000 miles.
Mechanical Repair Coverage (MRC): A high-quality,
comprehensive coverage that pays for the cost of parts and
labor for any covered vehicle mechanical repair. It provides
the needed protection at the time your vehicle is most likely
to need repairs. With different levels of coverage there is
one that is the right fit for you.
A Used Auto: is a vehicle that is more than 9 months old
from the date it was first sold as shown on the LOC or has
been driven more than 10,000 miles.
