Ad Print Schedule
The Rochdale Village Bulletin is published on the fourth Friday of each month.
The Weekly Sheet is published on the first and second Friday of each month.
Rates and publishing dates are subject to change.
Bulletin ads are printed on tabloid newspaper (11.25” x 15” per page); Weekly Sheets are printed on a two-fold tabloid
sheet (8.5” x 10”).
General Publishing Policy
Ad Design and Insertion. All ad design, photography and copy created by The Rochdale Village Bulletin remains
the property of The Rochdale Village Bulletin.
We reserve the right to insert the word “advertisement” in all ads, especially any text ads which may be mistaken
for news articles.
All advertising accepted by the Rochdale Village Bulletin office is subject to approval. We shall have the right to
revise or reject in whole or in part any advertisement at the advertiser’s notice.
Ad Print Deadlines. Placement requests are honored throughout the year; however, ad placements are dependent
upon space availability and, at the option of the editorial management.
Rochdale Village Bulletin Newspaper
The deadline for submitting advertising material to the Rochdale Village Bulletin is the third Wednesday of the month.
Rochdale Village Weekly Sheet
Advertising material must be submitted no later than the Wednesday before a Friday printing of the Weekly Sheet.
Liability. In the event of an error in an advertisement on the part of the publisher, the liability of the newspaper
and/or weekly sheet, Rochdale Village, Inc. will be limited to the cost of the advertisement. All advertisers are
required to review and approve the appearance of an advertisement for correctness, as the publisher will only be
liable for only one incorrect insertion.
The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher against any and all loss, damage, cost
and expense which the publisher may incur or become liable for by reason of any and all claims or actions for
libel, violation of right to privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement and any other claims in connection with
submitted advertising matter published pursuant to the terms and provisions of this agreement, including
without limitation the expense and cost of defending any and all such claims and actions.
Special Services. Basic design and layout services are provided to advertisers at no additional charge.
*Circulation. Physical circulation is approximately 6,200 copies per month to each cooperator household, the
Rochdale Village Community Center, and the Rochdale Village Inc. Management Office. As of 2013, the Bulletin
now accessible online through our website, Rochdalevillagebulletin.com.
