BUSINESS MODEL & INVESTMENT
The VLCC Group invites Franchise Partners for the following business models with a nominal
investment and the expected Returns on Investment* as given below:
VLCC Slimming, Beauty, Fitness Center (Men & Women) – 4000 sq ft to 5500 sq ft
USD 600,000 to 750,000 / ROI upwards of 30% Per Annum
VLCC Laser & Aesthetic Center (Men & Women) – 2000 sq ft to 2400 sq ft
USD 400,000 to 450,000 / ROI upwards of 30% Per Annum

The VLCC Group has developed a series of services to ensure a smooth management and
operation of the VLCC Franchise:
• License to use VLCC’s trademark in the franchised territory
• License to use VLCC’s marketing and operational systems
• Assistance and guidance in location selection
• Guidance for Interior designing & fit-outs
• Assistance with procurement of supplies
• In-depth, high impact training to the franchisee’s staff
• Complete standard operating procedures and brand manual
• Guidance on launch of the operations
• Guidance and inputs for internal & external branding

Franchisee Training
Initial assistance provided by VLCC will include the following franchisee training programs:
Phase I - VLCC will provide franchisees with up to 14 days of initial training at VLCC
headquarters or at a mutually convenient location, much prior to the start of operations.
Phase II - On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations.
Experienced trainers from VLCC will provide on-site training for a period of up to 2 weeks to assist
the franchisee and its staff with the commencement of operations.
Franchise Agreement Duration & Renewals
The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five (5) years.
The same is renewable for additional term of five years subject to approval of
the Franchisor and the re-investment requirements.
