What we do
Slimproved provides a total concept for non-invasive fat-reduction, body contouring and nonsurgical facelift
treatments; directly to our customers at conveniently located clinics. We call this the ‘love your body’ concept.
Our customers are a wide demographic of anyone over the age of 16, men & women of any age with one thing
in common, they want to lose inches, look better and ultimately feel better – well who doesn’t?
Many of our customers turn to us after years of yo-yo dieting, trying to lose those extra pounds to drop a dress
size or two, re-tone after having a child or just generally to help contour their body further to achieve their
desired shape.
Slimproved provide a range of treatments using the latest technology for non-invasive liposuction for the body
and high radio frequency used for our non-invasive facelift treatments.

Bookings through our national advertising in the major national newspapers produce a large amount of enquiries
each month, which is great for all our franchisees. Don’t be worried about being unable to cope however!!
Our professional booking office deals with all telephone and e-mail sales enquiries generated by our national
advertising campaigns and takes bookings and payments on behalf of our franchisees. Appointments are made
using our on-line franchise partner diary system.
Yes that’s right, we do the advertising, check the diary, make the client booking and take the payment on behalf
of you the franchisee, leaving you to concentrate on treating your clients.
Could it be any simpler?
The client bookings are visual and in real-time to our franchisees, so you know which date and time your
clients are booked in for their treatment. Of course, you also make bookings for your existing clients, new
walk-in clients and new clients from your own marketing efforts.

Our franchise support system doesn’t just stop at initial training. Once you have a Slimproved franchise, you are
part of the family, the team. Our success is based totally on your success, so supporting you along the way is
all important to us. We also provide additional on-going training support on specific matters that change and
evolve as the business and industry develop.
We use the latest equipment and technology available, not just with our treatment equipment, but with our
operational tools. The tailored Slimproved diary support booking system is a tool that we’ve developed for our
business to help your business run smoothly. As technology develops you can be sure that our business offering

Comprehensive Training
Once you’re on-board as a Slimproved franchisee, you immediately become part of our family and organisation.
We provide a comprehensive induction programme to help get you on your feet and help you fully understand
the business.
You’ll start with hands on one-on-one training in our mock-up clinic and showroom by one of our training
consultants. The training process usually takes a full day and at the end of the process you will be fully converse
with the concept and be proficient and confident in administering the treatments. If you pass this process, you
will then be accredited as an approved Slimproved consultant. Rest assured, we will give you whatever training
and support necessary to ensure you are happy with the skills you’ve learned to achieve the accreditation level.
In addition you will be given comprehensive training to focus on the business areas of Slimproved, the marketing,
sales, products, services, operating procedures, staffing, business management and customer services. Part of this
process will include you being trained on the Slimproved virtual diary and operational systems.

Hands-on management
Owning a Slimproved franchise means you running it. Your role will be multi-faceted; administering the
treatments (if you wish), ordering supplies, organising your staff, taking bookings on-line and via the telephone,
organising marketing campaigns, through to making critical decisions about your business. The one thing that
you can be sure of however is not only the financial rewards, but the rewards of having your own business, the
autonomy this brings whilst still being part of a larger team and brand, supporting you every step of the way as
you grow your business.

Treatment Programmes
Our treatment programmes are extremely affordable for our clients and Slimproved run special sales offers to
help drive traffic and sales at different periods throughout the year. Our treatments start at 6 sessions, though
most clients opt for a minimum of 12 treatments which is a full programme.
And so our treatment programmes are fantastic value for money when compared to the cost of invasive liposuction
which can cost several thousands. And of course traditional invasive liposuction is a medical procedure which
carries risks of infection and will be subject to recovery time. Slimproved non-invasive liposuction is not a
medical procedure and so there are no risks, no recovery or down-time for our customers.
The Slimproved treatment programmes are exceptional value for money for our customers and totally safe whilst
allowing our franchisees to make significant profit. The full pricing architecture and margins will be explained
in detail at the meeting stage.
Active in the community
Slimproved actively support cancer research. In fact for each franchise
Slimproved donate £100 to the Boot out Breast Cancer charity. We
actively encourage our franchisee partners to support cancer research or
other local charities that are perhaps close to your heart. It’s a great way
to promote the Slimproved brand and engage with the local community,
brings a lot of credibility to the brand, and of course it’s fantastic for
us to support good causes. So you can see, it’s as much about earning
respect within and outside your clinics as it is about earning money.
The process
Once our Franchise Director has reviewed your application, providing you meet the initial criterion and we have
a franchise opportunity available in the area you are interested in, then you will be contacted by telephone in
the first instance. We believe in having one-on-one conversations with potential partners rather than long e-mail
conversations. Here you will be able to ask any questions you have about us and it gives us the opportunity to
ask some questions about you.
From this we will then invite you to meet with our Franchise Director at our showroom clinic, where you will be
introduced to the Slimproved business in detail. At this point the business model and all the financials will be
explained in detail. Collectively if we then both decide we are a great fit, we then go to the planning stage in
starting your own Slimproved business. This is the exciting bit!!
