Merchandise
must have all
Credit value based on time limit, as follows:
Units that are returned within thirty (30) days from date of invoice are eligible for full
credit or replacement.
Products that are returned beyond thirty (30) days are subject to a 10% restocking
fee.
Products that are not returned within 4 months (120 days) are not eligible for credit.
Products that are returned with outer packaging that has been written on or
compromised in any fashion are subject to a minimum 25% restocking/repackaging
fee.
Non-sterile products that have been removed from their inner packaging or that have
the inner (sealed pouches) packaging compromised are not eligible for refund or credit.
Sterile products that have had the inner packaging

AART, Inc.
warrants that reasonable care was used in the manufacture of this product. Because AART, Inc. has no
control over the conditions of use, patient selection, surgical procedure, post-surgical stresses, or handling
of the device after it leaves our possession, AART, Inc. does not warrant either a good effect or against an ill
effect following its use. AART, Inc. shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss, damage
or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the use ofthis product. AART, Inc.'s only responsibility, in the
event AART, Inc. determines the product to be defective when shipped, shall be replacement of the product.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether express or implied by
operation of the law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties or merchantability
or
fitness of use.
