TAOIST TAI-CHI
Taoist tai-chi is a form of meditation in movement. This course is designed to promote relaxation,
flexibility and concentration by means of slow, full movements that are easy to perform. The form

We are a dynamic organization made up of women of all ages who come together each week to
exercise and share. Six different types of exercise classes will be offered, catering to all levels of
physical fitness. Our instructors are dynamic, certified and ready to motivate you to achieve your
goals. Babysitting for preschool age children and babies is available.
