For Development Review submittals, with the exception of Final Plats and Minor Site Plans, applicants are required to print, obtain required signatures, and sign and seal two 24”x 36” sets of the electronically stamped approved plan and deliver them to the Office of County Engineer, Development Review Section, located at 412 SE 25th Avenue Ocala, FL 34471. Upon receipt, a development order will be issued. Until such time as that development order is issued, the project does not have final approval and construction, if applicable, shall not commence. For plans requiring As-Builts, As-Builts and associated documentation shall be submitted on paper in accordance with current county requirements. 6. DEPARTMENT: ENGDRN - STORMWATER REVIEW REVIEW ITEM: 6.13.4 - Stormwater Quantity Criteria STATUS OF REVIEW: STAFF RECOMMENDS CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF WAIVER OF A COMPLETE STORMWATER ANALYSIS FOR THE ENTIRE SITE SUBJECT TO REDUCING THE OVERALL IMPERVIOUS AREA, PROVIDING STORMWATER CONTROLS TO ACCOMMODATE THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS, AND ADDRESSING THE STAFF COMMENTS PROVIDED. REMARKS: While the applicant is demonstrating an overall benefit to watershed (WS-1) by reducing the CN value (millings removed) and potentially providing some level of compensation to the flood plain, it does not fully meet the stormwater criteria under section 6.13 of the LDC and a full review cannot be performed at this time. Watersheds WS-2 and WS-3 are not proposed to be modified but also do not meet LDC criteria for stormwater. Therefore, additional comments may be warranted based on DRC direction. 16.
