Snow Train
to Leavenworth
This trip is worth the early rise! Board the only
train that visits the winter wonderland of
Leavenworth to see the annual Tree Lighting
Festival and returns the same day. This fully
escorted tour boards the Amtrak train at the Everett
Station at 9:20am and includes a catered continental
breakfast, on board entertainment with strolling
musicians, magicians and of course Santa. Arrive
in Leavenworth at approximately 1:30pm and see
the town dressed to the hilt for Christmas with
carolers, food booths, local crafts, outdoor
entertainment and more! At dusk, everyone gathers
to sing "Silent Night" and witness the lighting of
the village as it is transformed into a magical sea
of lights. After re-board the train for a cozy trip back
and enjoy a catered dinner returning to the Everett
Station at 9:45pm where a warm coach awaits.

with Snow Train
Take in the spectacular annual lighting festival in Leavenworth, WA and return the next day on the
Amtrak Snow Train! This nationally acclaimed Christmas Lighting Festival is in it's 47th year and
includes a turn of the century Bavarian Christmas, Holiday personalities and ceremonial lighting of
the town. Spend one night at the Enzian Inn steps from village square, enjoy an authentic Bavarian
dinner at King Ludwig's named Restaurant of the Year by the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce
and take free time to explore the popular Bavarian festival town. Board the Amtrak Snow Train in
Leavenworth's Icicle Train Station at 6:08am for a scenic 4 hour 17 minute snow ride through the
North Cascade Mountains to Seattle arriving at 10:25am. Spend the afternoon Christmas shopping
at one of the largest malls in the Pacific Northwest. Valid passport or enhanced drivers license,

rotated daily to ensure equal opportunity.
