100, Astoria, Oregon. The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for

BE IT RESOLED THAT the Board of Commissioners for the Port of Astoria hereby appoint
and/or authorize the following Business Matters for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2015 and
ending June 30, 2016, for all divisions of the Port of Astoria.
