Way Ahead :TCS faculties can visit some of the diploma institutes to provide on ground engagement opportunities to participants. GTU can organize the visit for TCSers. TCS faculties would like to volunteer for the same. Also Since time duration was a felt constraint, participants couldn’t have expected hands on experience. We may consider for one day follow up session for same faculties To reach out to Govt Diploma Engg colleges GTU would like to collaborate with DTE and request TCS to conduct FDPs. Given more than 700 faculties to be trained, on request of GTU, TCS and GTU can have a formal MoU to enhance Advanced Java skills of diploma engg faculties
