• QC developed a CENTCOM General Specifications document
• Twice-daily inspections at each jobsite
• Maintained a constant presence during critical evolutions
(concrete placements, crane lifts and main power connections)
• Cooperated directly with host nation expeditors and concrete
suppliers to identify acceptable construction materials and to
clearly communicate minimum quality requirements and
performance expectations.
