The SECOND STEP
Site Selection - Instant Imprints will help with the
site selection to find the best available retail location
for your business. We have the demographic and
business model information to assist you with the
selection of a site within your desired market. We
also have some very specific criteria regarding the
space and rent rates. We will also have our preferred
real estate agents work along with you to help find,
evaluate and negotiate a lease that will meet the
business requirements of our system.

The THIRD STEP
Finance Package - We have relationships with financial institutions that have
experience in assisting Instant Imprints franchisees in obtaining financing.
Project Management - Once your lease is signed and financing is in place, the
process begins. Our team will design the showroom and production areas, perform
site surveys and initiate the sign permitting process. Our construction and
warehousing facilities will begin staging your complete store package, including
decorating your store samples. They will also coordinate training and installations
so that you can focus on other needs of your business.
Equipment and Supply Package - Our state-of-the-art equipment and supply
package includes most everything you need to open and operate your business.
Our team will order items and coordinate delivery, ensuring a quick turn-around
time so that your business gets up and running as soon as possible.
