Member Contract
I,
, understand by signing this contract, I agree to all items stated
within the 2012-2013 Ars Nova Winterguard Handbook & Contract (Version 1-1213). I undertstand
that I am responsible for paying the Ars Nova Organization a total of $1,100 or $1,145 which will cover
all costs as layed out in the 2012-2013 Budget Breakdown (Version 1-1213). I also understand that if I do
not pay out my financial obligations by April 7th 2013, that the Ars Nova Organization holds the right to
pursue assistance through a collection agency of their choice to retrieve my outstanding balance. By
signing this contract, I agree to accept a charge of $25 for every month that my payment is not paid in full
by the payment date provided for me on the 2012-2013 Payment & Late Fee Schedule (Version 1-1213).
I also agree that if I become deliquent in payment, I will be required to participate in the next individual
fundraising event in order to make up the payment in which I have fallen behind. If I am removed or
choose to leave the Ars Nova Organization for any reason, I understand that I must submit a Resignation
Letter with my signature, the signature of the director and the date of my termination. I understand that
I am responsible for paying out all fees up until my termination date and that all funds paid are nonrefundable as stated in the Termination of Membership (Version 1-1213) section. I am joining the Ars
Nova Organization becasue of the positive words expressed through it’s exsisting members and the
organizations outstanding success, therefore I understand that if I am caught expressing negative
comments about the Ars Nova Organization verbally or through any form of social media, that the
director holds the right to terminate me from the organization. Lastly, I understand that the Ars Nova
Organization is strictly against the underage consumption of alcohol, smoking or the usage of any illegal
substances on all school grounds where the Ars Nova Organziation rehearses or performs, in all
automotive vehicles and in all hotels in which the Ars Nova Organization stays. I understand that if I am
caught breaking state or federal law in regards to Drinking, Smoking and Illegal Substances
(Version 1-1213) the Ars Nova Organization holds the right to terminate me from the Organization.
