Honey Poached Peach Dumplings Ingredients 1 tin FoodWorks Best Buy peaches, drained (save the juice for poaching) 150g smooth ricotta 2 drops vanilla extract 150g almond meal 150 – 300g Arrowroot 100ml milk 1 egg 2 tbsp honey with James Reeson Weekdays at 11.30am on: Method Roughly crush the peaches, drain thoroughly and mix together with the vanilla, almond meal, arrowroot, the egg and milk. Pour the peach juice into a saucepan and add 200ml water. Roll the peach mixture into balls and place into the poaching liquid. Place on a lid, bring to a simmer and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with honey and serve with ice cream.
