CONCEPTIONIST AND DIGITAL STRATEGIST

REQUIREMENTS
• You understand brands, their role in society and how their culture and business have
to be relevant for consumers at each step along the customer journey.
• You are enthusiastic about social media and digital technology, in general.
• You can create pitch-perfect presentation decks that bring ideas and strategies to life.
• You are a self-starter who’s always willing to learn new things and push boundaries pro-actively.
• Trend research and analysis are like daily workouts for you.
• You work solution-driven and you can stay hands-on in high pressure situations.
• You can work with fellow digital experts. We work in an open-space office where teams sit
together and freely communicate with each other – we’d like to see you being part of this.
• You are able to work towards regular deadlines and handle a high volume of work.
• You always ensure a perfect project workflow.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coming up with great ideas and activation strategies all day long.
• Conjuring ad-hoc ideas and being a source of inspiration for our clients, day-in, day-out.
• Creating mock-ups and presentation decks to sell the ideas you’ve created.
• Analysing brands’ status quo and coming up with a plan to get them to the next level.
• Analysing trends and interpreting insights out of your analyses that can be used to drive our brands.
• Working with all different digital disciplines, from web to social media to video content.
• Understanding the value of a holistic user experience and a great customer journey and
translating that understanding into a creating value proposition for our clients’ brands.
