Message from the Compliance
Administrator
During the last month of community
tours, I’ve noticed an increase of trash
cans being left out and continual street
parking. Please remember trash cans
are only to be put out on trash pick up
days. On non trash pick up days, trash
cans must be stored as to not be visible from the street or neighboring lots.
Please be courteous to pedestrians
and place your trash can on the street
rather than on the sidewalk on those
pick up days. Per the CC&Rs, vehicles
must be parked in the driveway or
garage. Parking on the street creates a
huge safety issue for everyone and is
not permitted. If you have extenuating
circumstances please contact me in
advance.
On a positive note, September will be
the end of the third quarter and we will
be drawing for another Nice Yard winner! To be eligible, you must receive a
nice yard postcard in the mail. I will be
out in the community on a regular basis to recognize those yards that reflect
exceptional upkeep! Good Luck!
Thanks so much for your continued
cooperation.
