GRAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
HARVEST-TIME® TUBE AUGER
Brock’s HARVEST-TIME® Bin Unloading System is Different by
Design™: it’s a “two for one” system. This means that you get
an under-floor tube and flight conveyor combined with a floor
sweep – all economically driven by a single electric motor. With
Brock’s HARVEST-TIME Unloading System, you can choose the
components that best suit your needs:
• The smooth-working HARVEST-TIME Unloader and Power
Sweep combination can be operated from outside the bin,
or . ..
• The HARVEST-TIME Unloader can be used with a center pivot
to connect to an existing portable sweep.
AN INNOVATIVE UNLOADING AUGER SYSTEM
Replaceable auger flight tip in the center
well hopper is standard and includes a
10-gauge flight-edge wear strip.
Integral control rod guides are included
as standard equipment.
All slide gates are supported by proven,
wear-resistant Nylatron® rollers designed
to hold their round shape.

Easy gearbox access aids inspection and
service.
Hinged belt guard cover for ease of
maintenance. The design of the power
head facilitates easy motor changeout.
Heavy-gauge auger flight can be removed
and reinstalled even with a full bin.
NYLATRON is not owned or licensed by CTB and is the sole property of its respective owner.
Power heads for unloading system include incline or
horizontal units.
Both the 8- and 10-inch (203- and 254-mm) auger systems
fit under Brock’s low height aeration floors in farm grain bins
ranging from 15 to 48 feet (4.6 to 14.6 m) in diameter.
UNLOADING SYSTEM
A RUGGED SWEEP WITH A RELIABLE REPUTATION
A simple shift mechanism is located outside of the bin to engage the sweep and
to eliminate the need to enter the bin for
sweep operation.
Sweep drive gearbox has internal shifting
mechanism to engage sweep.
Power sweep can remain in the bin even when the bin is full
of grain – saves the time and avoids the hassle of removing
and re-installing the sweep.
Solid rubber sweep drive wheel with 10:1
speed reduction minimizes wear on wheel
and bin floor.
One motor on the exterior powers both
the sweep and the bin unloading auger
through rugged, reliable gearboxes – no
extra chains, belts, or wiring required.
Heavy, high-angle sweep backboard construction.
Discharge well controls are conveniently
located with sweep controls.

OPTIONAL EP KIT
ENHANCES HARVEST-TIME® SWEEP PERFORMANCE
The HARVEST-TIME® EP Kit consists
of a rectangular torsion tube that attaches
to the back board of the Sweep.
Brock offers an optional EP Kit for the HARVEST-TIME®
Bin Sweep. The EP Kit is engineered to increase the
performance of the standard HARVEST-TIME Sweep
System when working in difficult grain conditions. The
kit helps to reinforce the backboard and to intensify the
sweep’s aggressiveness in difficult grain.
The EP Kit:
• Difficult grain conditions or out-of-condition grain.
• Eliminates floor skid supports and protrusions in front
of the sweep auger and allows the auger to more freely
engage stored grain.
• Grain that has high compaction as a result of being
stored for several seasons.
• Improves the center pivot connection to boost grain
flow into center sump.
• Storage bins 24 to 60 feet (7.3 to 18.3 m) in
diameter.
• Quickly assembles and easily attaches to the sweep’s
backboard.
The optional kit quickly installs on new HARVEST-TIME
Sweep units or easily retrofits to existing HARVEST-TIME
Sweeps manufactured after June 2006.

Brock’s HARVEST-TIME EP Kit enhances sweep usage in:
GUARD THE CENTER WELL WITH A BROCK WELL-GARD®
Combining the HARVEST-TIME® Unloading System
with Brock’s optional WELL-GARD® Discharge Guard
(patent pending) is the best method for avoiding or
dealing with plugging of the center sump. Attached to
the sweep, the WELL-GARD unit simply rotates with it,
so removal is not necessary during sweep operation.
• Helps maintain continuous flow of grain out of the bin.
• Limits bridging and blocking caused by chunks of
grain.
• Long-lasting, heavy-duty galvanized steel construction.

Auger and Power Sweep Unloading System with a
capacity of up to 7,800 bushels (198 metric tons) of
corn per hour offers you up to 40% more grain moving
capacity than 10-inch (254-mm) diameter tube systems.
It’s a heavy-duty system you can grow with, plus get the
same great advantages offered by Brock’s HARVESTTIME Tube Auger Unloading System:

Center bearing hangers are standard for smooth, quiet auger
operation. A bin wall bearing hanger is an option if an auger
extension is installed outside of the bin. Both are designed to
enable easy auger removal if the center sump plugs.

BROCK OFFERS EMERGENCY SUMP OPTION FOR BOTH HARVEST-TIME® SYSTEMS
Brock’s Emergency Sump (E-Sump) is an optional
feature for both the tube-type and U-trough auger
HARVEST-TIME® Unloading Systems. Available
for 24-foot (7.3-m) diameter and larger HARVESTTIME Systems, this optional feature provides an
alternate choice in the event that the bin’s center
sump becomes plugged during unloading.
