“Tip” Screw through back slat, then place screw tip in proper hole
If having trouble aligning holes, just twist back

Place ½” hex head bolts
into factory hexagon holes
Attn: Use hammer and screw driver
to seat heads into place
Finger tighten

Use marking device to make sure plate is
reinstalled back in same location
Now remove plate after marking
Attn: Only do one arm at a time
