Dental Screenings Available
at the Intercultural Leadership Conference II, Toccoa ONLY!
The Baptist Mobile Health Ministry will provide teeth cleaning, filling or pulling for those
pastors and their spouses who do not have insurance or money to pay for it.
Instructions:




Complete the registration form for Intercultural Leadership Conference II and return to the
Intercultural Church Planting & Missions Ministries’ office. Be sure to check the “yes” box on the
Registration Form.
Intercultural Church Planting & Missions Ministries’ office will call you to set up a time for a dental
screening at the Conference at Norman Park.
After your screening, if necessary, an appointment will be made for your dental services needs at
Norman Park in the Baptist Mobile Health Ministry Unit.
Send in your forms early so we can make an appointment for you!

Expense Guidelines:
I. Reservations—Please return the enclosed reservation form to
Intercultural Church Planting & Missions Ministries by March 1, 2014
II. Conference Expenses—Intercultural Church Planting will pay
room and meal cost for you and your wife to attend the conference.
We will pay this directly to the Conference Center or Hotel. You will
be responsible for the cost of any additional person other than your
wife, attending the conference.
III. Other Staff and Church Members may attend for a charge.
Intercultural Leadership Conference I—GBMMC, Duluth:
$70 for each additional person who attends
(includes meals & registration fee—extra charge for lodging)
Intercultural Leadership Conference II—Toccoa:
$15 0for each additional person
(includes registration fee, lodging & meals)
$125 for each additional person who commutes
(includes registration fee & meals)
Enclose a check for each member made payable to

Easily accessible from Atlanta and throughout northeast Georgia, the Georgia Baptist Conference Center-Toccoa is
conveniently located between the I-85 and the I-985/Hwy 441 corridor in Toccoa, Georgia.
From Atlanta, Georgia, take I-85 North to I-985 North. Exit right onto Hwy 365 at the Toccoa/Lavonia Exit.
Travel for six miles. Turn left onto Hwy 123 at the Jeannette Jamison Intersection. Travel eight miles on Hwy 123.

From Athens, Georgia, take Hwy 441 Nor th towar d Commer ce. Tur n r ight onto I -85 North. Exit at the Toccoa/
Lavonia Exit #173 (Hwy 17). Travel 17 miles and turn right onto Hwy 123. Travel for three miles and turn left onto
Lake Louise Road. We are two miles on the left.
From Westminster, South Carolina, tr avel west on Hwy 123. Tur n r ight onto Lake Louise Road. We ar e two

From Greenville, South Carolina, tr avel south on I-85. Exit at the Toccoa/Lavonia Exit #173 (Hwy 17). Travel
about 17 miles. Turn right onto Hwy 123. Travel for three miles and turn left onto Lake Louise Road. We are two
miles on the left.
From Clarkesville, Georgia, tr avel Hwy 17 South to Hwy 123. Tur n left onto Hwy 123. Tr avel for five miles
and turn left onto Lake Louise Road. We are two miles on the left.
