Additionally, the province of Bolzano will request the payment of a local tax of € 1.30 per person per day to be paid on arrival(except for children under the age of 14).

Reductions
You are welcome to book an overnight stay with breakfast: in
this case, we deduct 19.00 Euro per day and person from the
Seeleiten pampering pension. Should you not be able to make
it for dinner, please inform the reception by 2 pm. We will take
that dinner off your bill.
On the day of your arrival
You may check in from 2 pm. On departure, we ask you to vacate your room before 11 am o’clock. Even after check-out, you
are allowed to move about freely in our house – changing rooms
and lockers for the storage of your valuables are available.
Room number
Please understand that it is not possible for us to fulfil your request for a specific room number or floor.
Dogs
Your dog is welcome (except in our Bio rooms). Please inform us
when booking and bring your own dog basket or your own dog
blanket. We kindly inform you that dogs are not allowed in the
dining rooms and the spa. We request that you keep your dog
on the leash in the entire hotel complex. We charge 19.50 Euro
per dog and day without food.
Payment methods
The bill can be paid in any currency, check or credit card (Visa,
Euro Card, Master Card).
Cancellation
If you cancel your vacation on short notice or less than 14 days
before arrival, we charge 50% cancellation fee per room. The
same applies in case of late arrival or non-arrival. In case of early departure, one additional night is charged. When re-booking
within one year, we will credit you this amount.
