MADRIGAL MALBEC (ARGENTINA) 90-year-old vineyards give this wine a finer and more elegant quality. It has soft summer fruit flavours with hints of pepper and spice. BARON DE LEY RIOJA CLUB PRIVADO (SPAIN) Intense ruby red in colour with aromas of strawberry and vanilla, it has bucket-loads of juicy fruit on the palate. Universal appeal. PUY DE DOME, ST VERNY PINOT NOIR (FRANCE) Such a pure and authentic flavour of France’s Pinot Noir grape: cherry, strawberry and delicate nuances of wild raspberry. HARRIS PALE ALE Harris pale ale, our signature beer, is a well balanced, hop forward pale ale inspired by the limerick hell-raiser of the same name. A generous helping of cascade hops gives this tawny coloured le a citrus/floral aroma and flavor. A blend of the finet pale and caramel malts gives a complex malt character while keeping the hops in the forefront. 5.8
