Deadline:
December 12th,
2015
- Abstracts have to be submitted electronically and in English
- Abstracts received after the deadline (December 12th, 2015) will not be considered
- Supply as much information as possible: the precise subject of study, methods used where appropriate,
summary of results obtained, conclusion
- As it is assumed that original work will be presented, no bibliographic references are necessary
- Selected abstracts will be published in the abstract book exactly as you submitted it. Therefore,
proofreading is essential, no modification will be possible after submission.
- Your abstract should not contain accents or any other invalid character, which would not be part of the
English alphabet.
- Your abstract’s text should not exceed 3,000 characters (excluding spaces)
- The main author (presenter) confirms that all authors are aware of and agree to the content of the
abstract and support of the data presented. By submitting his abstract, the author allows the 27th ICACT to
publish and distribute or sell his abstract as part of the Abstract Book, which may be distributed on paper.
- All selected abstracts will be published in the abstract book. Papers accepted for poster presentation will
be displayed during poster sessions.
- Acceptance or rejection of the paper by the Scientific Committee will be notified by email to the main
author (presenter) by December 13th, 2015
- Only persons whose registration is complete will be able to present their abstracts
- Posters will be awarded or encouraged: a special jury will select the three best posters and their authors
will receive the SOMPS Poster Award and a cheque of 500E each.
