Belated Best Wishes
Belated best wishes for a "Happy Birthday" to
Mollie Gatov, who participated in our service
and sponsored our Oneg Shabbat last month in
honor of her birthday . The home-baked treats
which Mollie prepared for the Oneg Shabbat
were enjoyed by all who were present.
We
look forward to enjoying them again next
year!
Adult Education
Because most of the students in Rabbi
Brickman's Monday morning Adult Education
class have gone south for the month of
February, the class meetings will be
temporarily suspended . The class will resume
in March, at which time both new and old
students are invited to join the class.
At the Newport Interfaith Center
Temple Beth-EI will be sponsoring two very
important events at the Newport Interfaith
Center in upcoming weeks. On Tuesday, March
6, we will hold a pre-Purim Megillah Reading
and Purim Party.
On Sunday evening, April 1,
Temple Beth-EI will host an Interfaith Model
Passover Seder.
Temple members who live in Newport, Hoboken
and the downtown area are urged to attend
these events and to bring their friends along
with them.
