As some of you already know, Nancy Mijares,
has once again joined our team. We are blessed
to have her back. She is and has always been a
valuable asset to Dr. Wade’s dental practice!

Oh my! Oh my! Has April already flown by? Living daily with
2 ½ year-old twins, just seems to make a day go by so fast. They
just started a new school since their nanny from birth, Ines,
moved back to Brazil. She is greatly missed by us all. So far, the
Blue Elephant Learning Center has been a huge success and
the girls are adapting well! Thanks to Meredith Carpenter for
all the love they are sharing. I hated to see the girls have to leave
their wonderful program at Grace Avenue UMC. It truly was
an excellent experience for them.
Speaking of twins have you heard the news? Another set is on
the way! Carly, my assistant for the past 4 years is due early
summer with twin girls. We are so excited for her. Hopefully
the rest of her pregnancy is better than the start since she had a
rupturing appendix in her first trimester.
Guess who is back!!! They just couldn’t stay away. Ashley has
come back to give us a hand on Mondays and Nancy Mijares
has returned back to dentistry. Nancy started in dentistry when
she was 17 years old. About 5 years ago, she needed to spread
her wings and fly in the arena of design and publishing. In
reality, she has been around because everything you see designed
by our office is the masterpiece of Nancy, including these
awesome newsletters. But her love for “teeth” has made her find
her way back.

donations for our Bingo for Breast Cancer event at Isabella’s
benefiting North Texas Susan G. Komen. The event raised
over $700 for the team “Fight Like A Girl,” which will race in
June 2011 Race for

Dr. Wade and the Dental Divas
were excited to host a self-defense
class Saturday, April 9th, at
Stonebriar Smile Design. Mark
McGee, owner of Unlimited
Success Martial Arts, led our
group of 25 participants in a
1-hour session to teach basic
self-defense moves. Half of the
proceeds of the day will directly
benefit the Susan G. Koman
foundation, as the Dental
Divas will be participating
in this June in Plano. Thank
you to all who could join
us, it was a great time for an
even greater cause!
