Use familiar tools - easily start OfficeEngine from Microsoft
Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint or the BizFlow Portal to
assign a simple task or multiple tasks.
Never lose track of task assignments — complete visibility
into tasks and more importantly sub-delegated tasks.
Leverage Sharepoint—access task lists, task monitoring and
reporting from your existing SharePoint portal. Use SharePoint as a workspace for
tasks where project teams can centralize access to project documentation.
Keep teams on track— assignees receive task notifications via email and can click
through directly to the task. Users can set preferences to determine what notifications
users receive and to set calendar reminders.

When a user starts a new OfficeEngine task, they can specify a “workspace” to use. This
directly opens a window to Microsoft SharePoint where the task creator can then either select
from existing SharePoint resources (like using an existing document library) or create a new
one. Simplifies access to SharePoint.

Task assignees can readily collaborate on content. One click integration eliminates
the need to navigate SharePoint allowing assignees to easily upload documents,
modify existing documents and perform other actions as if they were logged directly
into SharePoint.

SharePoint Portal Integration with BizFlow BizCoves
With BizFlow’s configurable BizCoves, any user interface component of the BizFlow
OfficeEngine solution can be easily accessed directly through your SharePoint portal
creating a secure and centralized way to access varied corporate content as well as tasks
driven by OfficeEngine.
Using the standard “Page Viewer SharePoint Web Part”, quickly add and access BizFlow
BizCoves such as Task lists, Task Monitoring and Task Reporting. And, BizFlow’s
OfficeEgine supports single sign-on to keep things easy for users!

BizFlow OfficeEngine Server runs on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows
Server 2008 R2 64 bit, Oracle Solaris 10, HP-UX 11i V1 OR IBM AIX 5L V5.3

BizFlow stores OfficeEngine specific data in either Microsoft SQL Server 2005, SQL
Server 2008 R2, Oracle Database 10g R2 OR Oracle Database 11g R2

Uses Microsoft SharePoint 2007 or SharePoint 2010. (*Some features are not available
with SharePoint 2007)

BizFlow end users require Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, 9 or later, Mozilla Firefox 4 or
later, or Apple Safari 5 or later.

