SUBWAY’S JARED FOGLE TO MAKE SPECIAL APPEARANCE MAY 10 AT
TRADERS VILLAGE NEW SUBWAY RESTAURANT
SAN ANTONIO, TX . . . Traders Village San Antonio (TVSA) will celebrate the opening of it’s new
Subway Restaurant, Saturday, May 10th, with the appearance of Jared Fogle, also known as “the
Subway Guy.” Jared rose to national prominence after adopting a healthier lifestyle by “eating fresh”
sandwiches at Subway.
Jared will be at the Traders Village Subway from approximately 10:30 am to 3:30 pm on May 10th.
He will be available for hand shaking, autographs and picture taking. “This visit to San Antonio is very
special,” said Jared. “I will be in one of my favorite cities, enjoying my favorite sandwich at Traders
Village, my favorite flea market. I look forward to meeting all TVSA Subway customers.”
In addition to the new Subway restaurant, TVSA recently opened a 15-acre addition that includes a
giant cantina – themed as “Traders Hall” – as well as the Village Pizza and Village Thai restaurants.
Joining them are more rides, including bumper cars, a colorful playground, a Pharaoh’s Fury swing
ride, a 140-foot-tall Fleafall drop ride, a Scrambler spinning ride and a Bouncer up-and-down ride.
TVSA guests can now shop among more than a thousand vendors on any given weekend, enjoy
amusement rides, take in free special events year-round and dine on a wide variety of tasty foods.
Traders Village provides all guests with non-stop bargain hunting in an exciting and entertaining
atmosphere.
