One of the big advantages
of the Messe Wien Exhibition &
Congress Center is its inner city
location, which is certainly unusual
but could hardly be bettered. The
venue is served by two underground
stations, a stone’s throw from the
main entrances.
The Center also has excellent links with the airport, the
motorway and rail networks.
Just 20 minutes by taxi from Vienna
International Airport, it is sandwiched
between the Prater park and the
nearby Danube — an idyllic setting
that is ideal for delegates to un-
wind between sessions. First-class
hotels including the 4-star Courtyard by Marriott Wien Messe and the
3-star plus Austria Trend Hotel
Messe Wien are within easy walking
distance, in a completely new
district that is also home to the Viertel Zwei office and retail development, and the new Vienna University
of Economics and Business Administration campus. St. Stephen’s
Cathedral and the other attractions

Wien Exhibition & Congress Centers
ist ideal für Kongresse, Firmentagungen, Produktpräsentationen, Ausstellungen und Events.
Im Exhibition Center verfügen Veranstalter über bis zu 55.000
Bruttoquadratmeter und können
damit bis zu 30.000 Kongressteilnehmer bzw. 50.000 Messegäste
pro Tag empfangen. Die Hallen sind
flexibel unterteil- und kombinierbar
und eignen sich damit optimal zur
Umsetzung von Fach- und Publikumsmessen, Ausstellungen, Kongressen oder Bühnenshows.

Room for creativity
The Congress Center has
7.000 square metres of space, spread
across 18 flexible units with capacity
for between 100 and 3.000 delegates. This area of the Messe Wien
Exhibition & Congress Center is
ideal for conferences, corporate
meetings, product launches, exhibitions and events.
At the Exhibition Center,
which can accommodate up to
30.000 delegates or 50.000 exhibition visitors per day, organisers
have up to 55.000 sqm of gross floor
area to play with. Space in the halls
can be divided or combined at will,
thanks to the flexible partition walls,
meaning that they are suitable for
trade and consumer exhibitions, conferences and stage shows.
In the Galerie in Hall B up to
24 units offer a total of 480 sqm for
break-out meetings and small-scale
events, or use as back offices for
conferences, or hospitality suites.
The common areas such as
the foyers, mall, offices, media centres, VIP lounges and kindergarten
are all lettable, providing the extra
space that makes for a successful
event.
Catering facilities such as
restaurants and cafés are areas for
enjoyment and relaxation, and are
thus a vital element of the services
at the Messe Wien Exhibition &
Congress Center.
