Dear COMPETING SHOW TEAMS,
We are pleased to announce that the 2012 Central Region Show Ski Tournament will be hosted by
the Backwater Gamblers Water Ski Show Club, Inc. on July 14 and July 15. An individual competition
will be held in swivel, doubles and team jumping on Saturday July 14th, starting at 8 AM. The Team
Competition will start around 12 PM on Saturday July 14th. The remaining teams will compete on
Sunday July 15th starting at 8 AM. Times may change due to the number of entries. We plan for the
tournament to be great fun for all involved.
The running order of the shows will be determined by the team's finish at the 2011 Central Region
Show Ski Tournament. Teams that competed in the 2011 CRSST can choose their skiing order based
upon their placement in 2011. (ie: highest scoring team has first choice).
The running order of the individuals will be determined by reverse order of postmark.
The deadline for entering will be June 1, 2012. The entry fee will be $400 per team, $40 per Swivel
entry, $40 per Doubles Couple, $40 per Free Style Jump entry and $35 per Team Jump entry plus $5
per Jumper. Each team must provide proof of USAWS and CRSSA affiliation. Each individual must
provide proof of USAWS affiliation.

A copy of your USAWS and CRSSA affiliation certificates should accompany your entry. If not, you will be
expected to show proof of affiliation or become affiliated on the site prior to competing.
LIABILITY RELEASE
The undersigned club and its individual members understand their responsibility to exercise necessary
precautions, to act in a safe manner at all times during the tournament, and release USAWS, Central Region
Show Ski Association and the Backwater Gamblers Water Ski Show Club, Inc. from any responsibility for
personal injury and damage to or loss of property or equipment during the use of the tournament premises.
By signing this agreement, the undersigned entering club agrees to all of the terms and conditions set forth,
and agrees to all USAWS rules and regulations, NSSA rules and regulations and to all CRSSA rules for the
tournament and accepts the responsibility for compliance therewith.

NOTE TO SKIERS:
Entry fee for Swivel, Doubles and Free Style Jump is $40.00 per entry and $35
plus $5 per jumper for Team Jump. Make checks payable to "Backwater Gamblers Water Ski Show Club,
Inc.". Please enclose a photo copy of your USAWS card(s). Your pin-person and boat driver (if you use
your own) will have to provide their USAWS cards to the chief judge. The deadline to applyis June 1, 2012.
The running order will be determined by reverse order of post mark. The competition will start Saturday,
July 11, 2012 at approximately 8:00 a.m. with Swivel, Doubles and Team Jump last. Times may change
due to the number of entries.
