Get Out the Vote
On October 8th we ran
"Get Out the Vote" at
Kennies in Littlestown
from 9-10. What was
it? A table with registration forms and a computer to register or check
registration. We wanted
to make sure we are doing our part to give the
resources available for
every American to do
their civil duty. Thank
you Luke and Katie for
helping out!
Membership Meeting
October membership is
nomination month for the
Littlestown Jaycees
Board of Directors. Are
you interested in doing
more? Do you want to
know how you can help
our organization? Getting elected to
the Board is the best way
to learn and develop
these important leadership skills. Let Jen know
if you are interested in
any position. Hope to

Christmas
Well, things are going to
change this year. We
learned that the Littlestown Food Pantry has
changed and New Hope
Ministries is now "taking
over." Although we know
New Hope does a lot of
great things throughout
many communities, we
felt as if we wanted to
go a different route in
serving our Littlestown
Community. Come to
the October meeting to
find out the new details. We think you will
like it!

The Littlestown Jaycees are currently
looking to fill a position that is essential to
the chapter's movement forward. This
position is listed below and is open to all
members and non-members. If you know
of someone looking to advance their
training or increase the value of their
resume, please pass this information
along to them. Position can be viewed
and applied for online.
Webmaster
The Littlestown Jaycees’ Webmaster is
responsible for all aspects of LittlestownJaycees.com, including hosting, updating, and interactions with 3rd party vendors like PayPal. Updating consists of no
-less-than-monthly project and newsletter
updates along with any additions or
changes needed.
The Webmaster researches new technology and offers suggestions to the Board
of Directors of which directions to follow
and when. This includes researching
monthly/yearly hosting companies and

The Webmaster position is a full-time,
yearly position with the option of
continuing into the following year. The
Littlestown Jaycees work within, and
provide, a 1, 3, 5 year Strategic Plan of
which the Webmaster is a vital asset.
Applicants are encouraged to join the
Jaycees for better investment in their
duties.
