Made in THE USA...
Most of our decks are made in Wisconsin. Our factory is only a few hours from where the tree
is cut down and cut into veneer. Our wood doesn’t have to travel all over the world and go
through damaging climate changes that will dry it out or make it brittle before it even
is made into a deck.
Better Wood...
1031 decks are made from hard-rock maple, grown in Wisconsin. Hard rock maple, grown in
a cold climate like Wisconsin, is stronger due to the harsh winters. The tree has to be a lot
tougher and stronger to survive, which makes it a perfect wood for a deck!
Superior Glue…
We use a polyvinyl glue with a catalyst. This glue makes our decks extra water resistant and
adds a lot more strength to the deck. Most other decks are made from a normal wood glue
that doesn’t add the same strength or water resistance to a deck.
