General Information
Red Brick Occasions is a full service event venue located in the Red Brick District of Downtown
Columbus, Ohio. Red Brick can accommodate groups of 15 –100 for a seated dinner, 200 for a cocktail
reception and everything in between!
All of your catering needs will be met and exceeded by Sidecar Global Catering. Sidecar will take
care of all the details including the cuisine, service, rentals and coordination of all the extras to make your
event spectacular. Sidecar’s full pricing and menu packet can be located online at
www.sidecarglobalcatering.com for your reference. A Sidecar Event Consultant will walk you through the
entire planning process to guarantee a successful and stress free event for you and your guests.
Parking for Red Brick Occasions is conveniently located within one block, at the COTA/Columbus
Commons Parking Garage (indicated by the yellow star on the below map). Metered parking is also available on Main Street.
Facility Fees
Includes one hour set-up prior to the start of your event. The facility fee also includes
tables, chairs and basic table linens for up to 75 guests.

+ 5% service charge applied on food and beverage total.
Sunday – Thursday
5pm – 11pm (6 hours)
$500
+ 10% service charge applied on food and beverage total.
Friday & Saturday Evening
6pm – 12am (6 hours)
$1200
+ 12% service charge applied on food and beverage total.

Additional Information
Upgraded Rental Packages. Our team of Event Consultants are able to coordinate upgraded rentals
(including linens, China, chairs, and décor) through one of our preferred rental vendors.
Outside Caterers. Red Brick Occasions is owned and operated by Sidecar Global Catering. As such,
Sidecar is the exclusive caterer. Specialty desserts are permitted to be brought in from outside vendors,
with prior approval from the Sidecar team.
Preferred Vendors. Based on our years of experience, we have a list of preferred vendors that we feel the
most confident in handling the details of your event. Other vendors are permitted, although prior approval
from the Sidecar team is required.
Audio/Visual. Red Brick Occasions does not have A/V equipment on-site. We suggest that contact one of
our preferred vendors to handle all of your A/V needs.
Alcohol Policy. Red Brick Occasions allows our guests to supply their own alcohol. Should you need
guidance in way of quantity and variety, we can work with our preferred vendor to provide suggestions. Our
service staff is required to handle the distribution of all alcohol. All unconsumed alcohol is the client’s responsibility upon the conclusion of their event. No cash bars are permitted.
Deposits and Payments. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve Red Brick Occasions for your
next event. This deposit will be 25% of your total catering order or facility fee, whichever is greater.
Prices, Service Charges, and Taxes. A 5%, 10%, or 12% service charge is applied to all food and beverage purchases as well as any applicable sales taxes. Menu prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policies and Procedures. We realize that there are situations that may cause you to cancel
your event. For events that require a booking deposit, the deposit will not be returned.
Additional Fees and Charges. Your event may require additional fees or charges that could not be determined or were unknown at the time of the proposal. If these fees are necessary, your Event Consultant will
discuss them with you in detail.
Satisfaction Guarantee. The Sidecar/Red Brick Occasions staff strive to make your catered event the
best that it can. Should something not go as planned, please direct concerns immediately to the manager
on duty so that we might be able to execute everything in our power to remedy the situation.
Décor. Our Event Consultants will do their best to ensure that your event vision comes to life. However,
Red Brick does not permit for any decorations to be hung on the walls or ceiling of our space.
